Located in Baja California Sur, Mexico, the Los Cabos Open of Surf features the World Surf League Qualifying Series 6000 Women's event at the famed Zippers surf break. Since 2013, female athletes from around the world have been traveling to Los Cabos in hopes of earning vital points towards their professional surfing career, with hopes of one day qualifying for a spot amongst the elite women competing on the World Championship Tour.
